Una frase que yo he aprendido va “panza llena, corazón contenta.” Creo que esta frase va estar una que voy a repetir mucho porque yo he comiendo buenísimo aquí en Sevilla. Desde comiendo pescado y pulpo en la casa a comiendo postres de pan y chocolate a bebiendo café, estoy comiendo comida bien rica. Esta noche fuimos a una barra para tomar café y comer postres. Aprendí que las barras aquí muchas veces sirven a las familias, no solamente los adultos. Entonces, bebí un café solo y comí algunos postres con amigos del programa y estaba contento. Si no vuelvo a los Estados Unidos por lo menos 10 kilos más pesados no disfruté toda la comida rica que Sevilla tiene ofrecer suficiente.

One phrase that I have learned goes “full stomach, happy heart.” I think that this phrase is going to be one that I repeat a lot because I have been eating so well here in Seville. From eating fish and squid in the house to eating sweets and chocolate to drinking coffee, I am eating such rich food. Tonight we went to a bar to drink coffee and eat sweets. I learned that the bars here serve families many times, not just adults. So, I drank an espresso and ate a few sweets with friends from the program and I was content. If I don’t come back to the States at least 10 pounds heavier, then I haven’t enjoyed all the amazing food that Seville has to offer enough.
